: Delta Electrical Specialty Company (DESCO) was founded in 1956, initially specializing in the production and sale of a continuity/voltage tester known as the Circuitracer. In 1979, Desco Industries Inc. (DII) was established as the parent company. The original Circuitracer design is still in production today and is marketed under the Menda brand.
