Harimatec Inc., a global solder manufacturer supplying various industries, has recently marked a significant development. On June 1st, 2022, Harima Chemicals Group acquired the Henkel solder business, further strengthening its solder product line. This acquisition ensures continuity for customers, as Harimatec Inc. will continue to supply the same Henkel solder products without any changes to the formula. Over the next 1-2 years, until June 2024, Henkel will manufacture these products for Harimatec Inc. During this transition period, Harimatec Inc. plans to bring production in-house and complete all necessary customer qualifications. Notably, to streamline the process for customers, there will be no alterations to Henkel part numbers, ensuring a smooth transition. Additionally, Multicore Harima will retain the same part numbers previously used by Henkel.
