Hubbell completed the acquisition of Burndy in 2010. Founded in 1924 and headquartered in Manchester, New Hampshire, Burndy is a leading manufacturer of connectors, cable accessories, and tools. Burndy primarily serves commercial and industrial markets and utility customers in the United States (approximately 25% of sales come from Canada, Mexico and Brazil). For the foreseeable future, Burndy will continue to operate as an independent business unit as part of Hubbell Electrical Systems Products.
