- Skived Heat Sinks: By eliminating the junction between the base and fins, these heat sinks achieve reduced thermal resistance, with maximum dimensions of 600mm in width and 150mm in height.
- Zipper Fin Heat Sinks: These heat sinks are designed to maximize surface area and enhance airflow for efficient cooling. Made from thin sheets of metal, usually aluminum or copper, the fins interlock to form a dense array with high surface area, attached to a solid base plate for optimal thermal conductivity.
- Extrusion Heat Sinks: ENNER offers the largest collection of extruded heat sink profiles in the world, with over 6,000 tooled shapes.

The main factory is located in Tangxia Town, Dongguan City, and is equipped with aluminum extrusion, cutting, stamping, CNC machining, soldering, assembly, DC fan testing, and surface treatment processes.
