PANJIT 200V Automotive Grade Super-Fast Recovery Rectifiers

PANJIT introduces the 200V hyper-fast rectifier, MER & MSR series, with current ratings from 1A to 20A. Available in low-profile packages such as SOD-123FL, SOD-123HE, SMA, SMB, SMAF-C, and SMBF, these rectifiers are suitable for surface mount applications, replacing regular axial lead or MELF. High power rating packages include TO-220AC, ITO-220AC, TO-220AB, and ITO-220AB, with a total of 62 part numbers, 25 of which are AEC-Q101 qualified.

These rectifiers use platinum doping technology to control reverse recovery time (20ns and 30ns), enhancing switching loss performance and reducing EMI. They also feature low forward voltage for better system efficiency. With a planar structure, the MER & MSR series is ideal for general rectification, reverse polarity, switching, and free-wheeling circuits.


RPMS410 Bridge Rectifiers (VRRM = 50 - 1000V)

Introducing PANJIT’s EMI-optimized solution: the RPMS410 Surface Mount Glass Passivated Fast Recovery Bridge Rectifier. With a fast reverse recovery time (maximum Trr at 250 ns), it optimizes EMI performance while conserving PCB space, making it ideal for power adapters and PD chargers under 120W.

The MER1DAH-AU 200V Surface Mount Super Fast Recovery Rectifier is designed with a 1A current rating in a compact SOD-123HE package. Offering strong stability, high reliability, and minimal leakage current, it is AEC-Q101 qualified and suitable for applications in LED lighting, motor pumps, EV charging piles, and UPS in automotive, power supply, and industrial settings.
