Heyco Nylon Bushings

Heyco Bushings insulate and mechanically protect electrical and telecommunications cables, tubing, hoses, ropes, and utility lines. These bushings feature multiple-step locking mechanisms to fit various panel thicknesses and are available for mounting hole diameters ranging from 4.7mm to 63.5mm. Locking options include fingertip-pressure snap-locks, locking fingers, and flexible shutters.

Heyco Bushings provide a simple and cost-effective solution for protecting cables where they pass through panels. They come in one or two-piece designs and are also known as Snap Fit Bushings and Snap Bushing Grommets. These bushings accommodate a variety of cable and hose sizes, shielding them from damage and vibration when passing through panels.

Lower overall height protrudes less through thin mounting panels, allowing Shorty Bushings to occupy less space inside the application. These insulating feed-thru bushings are ideal for applications with limited internal clearance, providing insulation and isolation for electrical or telecommunications cables, as well as low RPM shafts and push-pull rods. Locking fingers ensure a secure hold with just fingertip pressure during snap-in installation, accommodating panel thicknesses in fractional increments up to the maximum.

Round Cable Strain Relief Bushings are designed for straight-through round cables, securely anchoring and protecting the cable at the entry point. Available in a range of sizes, these bushings:
